Delivery Fees

Please note that shipping fees are not included in the item prices. The cost for shipping is calculated based on the chosen delivery method, destination, and the total weight or volume of your order.
You will be clearly informed of all delivery charges before you finalize your purchase.
Enjoy complimentary delivery within Lithuania:
- For dispatch to local pick-up points, free shipping is available on orders over €40.
- For direct home delivery, we waive the shipping fee on orders that exceed €60.
We also cater to customers across the European Union and extend our services to countries like Norway, Switzerland, Ukraine, and Moldova, among others. Detailed costs for international shipping can be found in our comprehensive delivery price chart.
Estimated Delivery Times
The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on the delivery option you select during checkout. Here are the standard delivery times you can expect within Lithuania:
- Venipak Parcel Machines: Typically 1-2 business days following the order date.
- Venipak Direct Courier: Generally 1-2 business days post-order.
- Omniva Direct Courier: Approximately 2-3 business days from order placement.
Please be aware that delivery times may occasionally extend by up to one business day due to external factors outside of Pigusfiltrai’s control, such as:
- Inaccurate or incomplete delivery information.
- High volume within the postal network.
- Severe traffic disruptions.
Once your parcel is packed and dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping label and tracking details via email. The tracking feature becomes active as soon as the parcel reaches the collection point.
For deliveries to destinations outside of Lithuania, please refer to our detailed delivery schedule outlined in the table below.
Receiving Your Order
The formal receipt of your purchased items is recognized at the moment you take delivery from the courier or collect your package from the local pick-up point. We advise you to carefully inspect the parcel upon collection. Though rare, there may be occasions where the packaging could incur damage.
If you notice any issues with the packaging, particularly when receiving through a courier, we recommend opening the parcel while the courier is present to verify that your items are intact. When using a pick-up point, if there’s visible damage, do not remove the package from the premises.

Once you accept the goods, responsibility for their condition transfers to you, the customer.
Should you discover any damage to the items as a result of the shipping process, it is imperative to notify Pigusfiltrai within 5 business days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to process claims made after this period.

30-Day Return Policy
At Pigusfiltrai, we offer a hassle-free return process. Customers have the option to return unused products within 30 days from the delivery date, no questions asked.
In Lithuania, returns via local pick-up points are absolutely free! For larger items that don’t fit in standard pick-up lockers (dimensions exceeding 61x41x36 cm), returns can be sent back to our warehouse in Lithuania, with the sender covering the return shipping costs.
Refunds for Lithuanian Customers: We refund both the product price and any shipping fees initially paid by the customer. For our international customers, we provide a refund of the product price only.

Refunds are processed and credited to the customer’s account within 10 working days following the product’s arrival at our warehouse.
Conditions for Refunds:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or reduce the refund amount if:
- The product is used or soiled.
- The product is physically damaged (dents, tears, etc.).
- The product is in any way damaged preventing its intended use.
Important Note: This return policy does not apply to custom-made products as per specific customer requests.
